Paul Mubiana &#8211; Diocesan Procurator<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s3\">The Rt. Rev. Valentine Kalumba, OMI, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Livingstone has appointed Fr. Paul Mubiana as\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s6\">Diocesan Procurator. The appointment is<\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u00a0effective<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> from 5<\/span><span class=\"s4\">th<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> February 2018. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\">As well as being Diocesan Procurator, Fr. Mubiana serves as Assistant Dean at St. Theresa&#8217;s Cathedral in Livingstone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s3\">Congratulations to Fr. Mubiana.
