Valentine Kalumba, OMI, has today Friday 23<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">rd\u00a0\u00a0February, 2018, appointed Fr. Clifford W. Mulasikwanda as Dean\/Administrator for St. Theresa&#8217;s Cathedral, Livingstone. This appointment has been necessitated by the vacancy created by Fr. Jeffrey Tembo, Immediate Past Vicar General and Cathedral Dean\/Administrator, who has left for Further Studies in Argentina, South America.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">As well as being Cathedral Dean\/Administrator, Fr.
