Aim : To protect more girl children from such abuse.
Objectives:
- To identify girls who are sexually abused.
- Establishing the fact with the help of the Victim Support Unit, Department of Social Welfare, YWCA, Church organizations, school. Home based are and community schools.
- Moving the child from their homes to Lushomo Trust.
- Transferring guardianship to Lushomo for security of the girl child through working with SWD, VSU and courts.
- Stabilizing the child with regard to medical, psychological and physical through nutritious foods and giving home environment for them.
- Organizing not only school education for the girl but also train her in various areas so that she feels that she is important and can gradually over come the past pain.
- Working with reliable for her to go back when everyone is satisfied including the victim support unit and this could take one (1) year or a number of years.
