The Rt. Rev. Valentine Kalumba, OMI, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Livingstone has appointed Fr. Paul Mubiana as Diocesan Procurator. The appointment is effective from 5th February 2018. As well as being Diocesan Procurator, Fr. Mubiana serves as Assistant Dean at St. Theresa’s Cathedral in Livingstone. Congratulations to Fr. Mubiana.
